TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The client will not be provided with any OPEN/RAW Files/ EDITABLE PDF/ PNG without content for any personal purpose.
2. Digital videos and files we provide are HD quality but may get pixelated if you try to get them printed/ ask us for a print file as it is made for digital purposes only, UDS is not responsible for that.
3. Anyone from the UDS team won't be contacting the printers for the client's personal purpose unless the print files are designed by us.
4. The client should cross-check the content beforehand, any mistake in the content given is not our fault and the designers should not be blamed for the same.
5. The client should proof read all the content beforehand to avoid errors and delay in work.
6. If there is any extra version of video required post final communication & price fixation of deliverables that would be charged EXTRA.
7. In the case of destination illustrations or caricatures, it is always advisable to go with a customized design.
