1. What is the process of ordering an invite

You can send an inquiry through our Get in Touch form or directly WhatsApp us at +91987654321.

(Please don't call without an appointment.) Our main method of communication is WhatsApp. Since this is a digital product, WhatsApp and email are the most practical for the team.

2. What if I am (client) is not satisfied with the output?

We make an effort to give you whatever it is that you request. Please put your trust in us with the outcome since you came to us after seeing our prior work. As we proceed with the design, we make sure to include the client at every stage hence we offer 3 rounds of revisions.

3. What is the project timeline?

Each project's timeline is based on the deliverable package and other factors. Here are some approximate timelines for each collateral:

 Customized Invite - (Approximately 15-20 days)

Predesigned Templates - (Approximately 5-7 days)

Monday through Friday count as working days (excluding public holidays).

4. How many combinations of invites do you provide?

There are two invitations included in the package (Bride & Groom).

Additional minimal fees will be applied for any additional event combinations.

5. Can I add customizations in the predesigned templates?

Only text and music can be customized.

6. Can we mix 2 different songs for the invite?

We don’t do music editing and mixing at our end. However if you provide the file, we are happy to use it.

7. What formats do we get the file in?

We will provide the open file for the logo. High quality PDF’s will be provided for print files and we share the high quality videos in document format over WhatsApp and mail. The client will not be provided with any OPEN/RAW files, EDITABLE PDF or PNG of the invite background without the content for any personal purpose.

8. Do you make matching stationary?

Yes, we do make theme-based stationary. Kindly contact us to get the quotation.

9. What if I need to change the content once everything is approved?

It will be chargeable.

10. What are the payment terms?

50% advance at the time of booking the order and balance 50% before the final file is shared.

11. What are the modes of payment?

For India based clients we have options of:

• Bank Transfer • UPI payments. For International Clients: • SWIFT Bank Transfer
Note : The client will be responsible for any international fees.
